Newberry Group, Inc., a nationally-recognized cyber security and IT services firm, announces the completion of the merger between Newberry Group, Inc. and cmdLabs, LLC, Newberry’s wholly-owned subsidiary. Newberry Group acquired cmdLabs in August 2010. The cmdLabs portfolio of digital forensics and incident response services, as well as the Cellebrite UFED training courses, are now offered under the Newberry Group name and portfolio.
 The cmdLabs company website now directs visitors to www.newberrygroup.com where users can find information about digital forensics, incident response, and malware analysis services along with cyber security and IT support services. Course information for Cellebrite UFED certification, class dates and locations, and registration information is also available on the Newberry Group website. “Even though cmdLabs was a wholly-owned subsidiary of Newberry, the timing was right to consolidate and streamline the two companies’ names and service offerings,” says Phil Justice, Newberry’s Senior Vice President of Commercial Programs & Consulting Practice.
